Upcoming Work Experience

National Centre For Writing- Dragon Hall

After a series of emails exchange, I went to Dragon Hall for more information about the possible volunteering. I will be a Creative Leader. Creative Leaders is a programme where I will be supporting tutors with their workshops for children and teenagers. The projects I will be getting involved in will link with creative writing, which will be a section within my magazine enterprise. I was given a DBS form to sign in and hand back on my first session.

Archant Work Placement- 16th March to 20th March

The Archant Placement was recommended to me by my teacher. I emailed the correct person and after a series of emails she gave me a date. I accepted the date and I am looking forward to the work placement. It is an editorial placement with links to journalism. As my magazine will require editing and journalism, this will give me some good skills to have for the course and life.

Create Yarmouth- Creative Collisions, march 4th

This is the most recent opportunity for work experience I went for. I went to a small question and answer session and I have received an email from the person in charge which said she will get back to my classmate and I about the project. The part of the Orchestral Live project I am looking forward to doing is writing the press releases. As this will link with writing, it is a good experience to get for my enterprise.
